The manager Susanna was the kindest person in the world and helped me extremely with a serious issue. I've gone in and employees are rude lazy and unless you're ready to spend a lot of money it's not worth your time.

I recently had the chance to interact with Yaya, who went above and beyond to help me find shoes, even though she was competing against her competitors. Her dedication to customer service was unmatched and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and support throughout the process. Despite the fact that I didn't choose to purchase shoes from her store, Yaya still took the time to listen to my needs. Overall, I cannot thank Yaya enough for her dedication to helping me find what I was looking for, even though it may not have directly benefitted her. Her kindness, expertise, and customer-first mentality have earned her a 5-star rating in my book and I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of footwear expertise.

I went into Famous Footwear on Fairview Avenue April 29th. Got the wrong show sizes and went to exchange on May 1st. I only wanted to EVEN exchange for the correct sizes and ended up having to pay more. The cashier said it was because I had used a reward. So basically I lost rewards and was penalized for EXCHANGING SIZES. Had I bought the correct size on the 29th I wouldn't have had to pay over, so why am I having to pay over for exchanging sizes. What happened to those rewards? Makes NO sense. It should have been a size correction, even exchange. So I hope Famous footwear enjoys the money I paid extra. Lady was nice (associate number 303147)but transaction was done wrong. Will not shop here again unless made right.

Went to Meridian store, they didn't have my size of tevas so they took the time to call the boise shop, they had my size and even held them for me. Great customer service!

Worst service ever. Literally walked me to the door and said we are closed you can come back tomorrow. Your Doors Were Not Locked Yet and i I was going in for one thing and would of been a quick purchase and $100 for the last sale of the day. I run 3 stores and I have never turned people away that walked in right at the time of closing... you work in retail act like it. Wont get my service anymore.
